Interventional Pain Physician – Tallahassee, FL United Spine & Pain is seeking a skilled Interventional Pain Physician to join our physician-owned practice in Tallahassee, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to practice in an independent, physician-led environment with no private equity ownership and no hospital system control. Our practice prioritizes patient-centered care and long-term physician partnership. Practice Highlights: Physician-owned practice No private equity involvement No hospital group ownership Productivity bonus and profit-sharing opportunities Strong growth potential for the right physician partner The ideal candidate should be proficient in interventional procedures including nerve blocks, epidural injections, joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulator trials. Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with chronic and complex pain conditions Perform interventional pain procedures including epidurals, joint injections, nerve blocks, RFA, and SCS trials Develop comprehensive treatment plans using pharmacologic and interventional approaches Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver coordinated patient care Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards Travel occasionally to satellite clinic locations when needed Requirements & Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school Residency training in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Fellowship training in Pain Medicine preferred Board certified or board eligible in Pain Medicine Active Florida medical license Valid DEA license Strong experience with interventional pain procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience managing chronic pain patients preferred Starting salary approximately $300,000 plus performance incentives Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) Continuing Medical Education (CME) support Collaborative and supportive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
