Our P&C clients trust us with their homes, cars, and valuables, but most have never had a real conversation about protecting their income and family. That is a large, warm, untapped market, and we are hiring an experienced life insurance agent to own it. What Your Day Looks Like

You will start by working the life opportunities our P&C team has flagged, plus reviews of existing clients who have no coverage or too little. Most days you will meet with clients in person, by phone, or by video, run needs analyses, and quote and submit applications. You will also follow up on open cases and work with our P&C agents to spot new opportunities. On Mondays the whole team meets to review goals and celebrate wins.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with warm leads and referrals from our P&C book and partner network
• Run consultative needs analyses covering income protection, mortgage and debt, final expenses, college funding, and legacy planning
• Write term, whole life, index universal life, and final expense policies, using Ethos for fast, no exam business and Vanbridge for complex, high face amount, business, and estate cases
• Partner with our P&C agents on warm handoffs and train them to spot life insurance triggers such as new mortgages, new babies, and new drivers
• Work existing book of business with thousands of clients
• Run annual life reviews for existing clients
• Keep accurate notes and client information in our CRM
• Hit your monthly production goals and track your progress on your scorecard
• Maintain compliance with carrier, state, and agency requirements

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Life license (Health a plus)
• 5+ years of experience writing life insurance with a verifiable production record
• Proven experience with Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Whole Life, Term, and final expense
• Experience working complex life cases
• Comfortable selling in person, by phone, and by video
• Competitive and self motivated. You like keeping score and you hate finishing last
• Coachable. You take feedback and put it to work the same day
• Strong consultative selling skills. You ask great questions and recommend the right solution
• Strong follow up and organizational skills
• Experience selling to P&C or other warm markets is a plus
• Familiarity with carrier portals, illustrations, and underwriting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule & Benefits

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 5:00 or 10:00 to 6:00, with flexibility for client appointments. Some evening meetings may be offered at the client's request
