Position Overview Shift Manager at a McDonald’s franchise-operated restaurant. Responsibilities Lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment (not required for training). Must be 18 years or older. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Flexible schedule, positive team player with passion for fast-paced environment. Compensation Shift Manager Trainee: $32,000/yr. est. and up Certified Shift Manager: $34,300/yr. est. and up Benefits Paid time off for all employees.
