Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business operations and leadership decision-making. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and business requirements. Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through data-driven solutions. Present findings and recommendations to management and business partners in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions. Experience writing and maintaining SQL queries. Preferred Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other data visualization tools. Knowledge of data modeling and database structures. Experience working with ERP, CRM, HRIS, or financial systems. Familiarity with Python, R, or similar analytical programming languages. Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
