Take your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to the next level supporting K-12 students across multiple school sites in northern Colorado. This contract opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact district-wide, collaborating with staff and shaping positive student outcomes in both behavioral and autism-focused programs.

Bring your leadership and behavioral expertise to a dynamic educational setting. You'll function as a key resource for school personnel, providing support at various locations, conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing and reviewing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and offering supervision to two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This in-person role does not require a direct student caseload, allowing you to focus on staff guidance, assessment, and program enhancement throughout the district.

Key Qualifications:

• Active CO BCBA license (must have current CDE credentials)
• Demonstrated K-12 experience, particularly in school settings
• Strong background in FBAs, BIPs, and best practices for behavioral and autism support
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and supervise team members
• Excellent problem-solving, consultation, and collaboration abilities
• Willingness to travel among school sites throughout the contract period

Primary Responsibilities:

• Consult with staff across multiple schools on behavioral interventions
• Lead behavioral and autism program initiatives and support
• Design, conduct, and analyze FBAs and BIPs
• Supervise and mentor two onsite RBTs
• Act as an in-district resource for district-wide behavioral support

This is a contract, full-time, in-person position, available to start as soon as possible and extending through May 2027.
