As part of the team, the Analyst will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments, including sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions; divestitures and spin-off engagements; capital-raising (debt and equity); special committee engagements; direct investments and co-investments; and, more broadly, evaluation of strategic alternatives.ResponsibilitiesThe Analyst will be an ambitious self-starter with a proven record of creative and resourceful problem solving. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
