Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak in a Friendly Tone
- Make Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

Chick-fil-A Puyallup is operated by an independent franchised business owner who makes all employment decisions and is responsible for employment content and policies.
