The successful candidate will leverage economic research, statistical analysis, and data analytics techniques to evaluate program performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support evidence-based decision making.Key responsibilities include:* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, performance drivers, and root causes affecting program outcomes.* Support economic and policy analysis related to workforce development, labor economics, and government benefit programs.* Conduct quantitative research using statistical and econometric methods to evaluate program effectiveness and operational performance.* Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, and presentations that communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of analytical models that support program monitoring and decision-making.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources.* Support program integrity initiatives by identifying potential fraud, waste, abuse, and compliance risks.* Contribute to research reports, policy briefs, technical documentation, and client deliverables.* Participate in project planning activities and support the successful delivery of analytics projects within established timelines.**What You Will Need*** Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.* Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident, due to nature of client engagements.* Bachelor's degree .
