If you are interested in pursuing a rewarding career, we invite you to review our opportunities!Position Objective:As an Assistant Foreman, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution and profitable delivery of projects by providing hands-on support, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with project leadership.Position Responsibilities:Core Project & Operational SupportSystem Mobilization and Decommissioning: Directly assist and lead the setup and tear down of equipment for various operational systems, including:Pumping SystemsPower Generation and Distribution SystemsHVAC Systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)Energy and Temporary Utility SystemsEmergency and Disaster Response: Actively participate in the rapid deployment and management of resources for disaster restoration and emergency response effortsSafety and Compliance LeadershipSafety Assurance: Promote and maintain a safe work environment by ensuring strict adherence to all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices for every task and dutyCompliance Oversight: Identify potential hazards and implement necessary controls to guarantee the team operates in a manner that ensures project execution and minimizes riskProject Coordination and EfficiencyExecution Support: Collaborate closely with Project Leads and management to monitor project timelines and resource allocationPerformance and Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on time and that all deployed equipment is running efficiently to guarantee profitable delivery and client satisfactionRequirements:Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent is typically required; additional technical certifications or education in mechanics or engineering is a plusPrior experience in a mechanical, maintenance or related role specifically with bypass pumping, generators, power distribution, a/c and heat and water restoration or construction equipmentStrong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical/electronic interfacesAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints and schematicsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot complex issues.Excellent verbal and written skills to interact effectively with customers, team members and internal resourcesBase Pay Range: $20.31 - 27.92Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.Sunbelt also provides a comprehensive benefits package to its full-time employees.
