Every Team Member has opportunities to learn new skills while working together to deliver exceptional food, service, and hospitality. Depending on training, certifications, scheduling, and business needs, Team Members may work in a variety of positions, including:CashierBartender (RBS certification required)CookPrep CookUtility / Food RunnerTeam Members may also work shifts at either of our Bambuza restaurants within Sacramento International Airport.What You'll DoNo two shifts are exactly alike, but your responsibilities may include:Welcoming guests with friendly, genuine hospitality.Taking food and beverage orders and processing payments.Preparing fresh food according to company recipes and quality standards.Preparing and serving alcoholic beverages (when assigned and certified).Running food and supporting dining room service.Washing dishes and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant.Receiving deliveries, stocking supplies, and maintaining inventory.Following food safety, sanitation, and airport security requirements.Working as part of a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for people who are:Friendly and dependable.Positive and team-oriented.Willing to learn multiple positions.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Committed to providing exceptional guest service.Reliable and punctual.Flexible and willing to help wherever needed.Restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
