We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our CenterWell office in Burlington, North Carolina. This is a full-time, onsite position and you will report to the Physician Lead.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.Required QualificationsMD or DO from an accredited medical schoolActive, unrestricted NC medical licenseBoard Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric MedicineMinimum of 2 years' experience in value-based care or managing high-acuity geriatric patientsParticipation in Tuberculosis (TB) screening programPreferred QualificationsExperience working with senior populations or in value-based care settingsExperience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs)Additional InformationFull-time, patient-facing role with opportunities for professional growth and leadership.Physicians are expected to contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Competitive compensation package including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.About CenterWell Senior Primary Care: CenterWell Senior Primary Care provides proactive, preventive care to seniors, including wellness visits, physical exams, chronic condition management, screenings, minor injury treatment and more.
