We're an established 25yr Automotive Customization Shop in Worcester Area specializing in Window Tints, Car Audio & Electronics . remote starter/security installations**.

We’re looking for a Counter Sales/Operations Person to manage the front counter, drive sales, assist customers, and help keep daily operations moving efficiently.

This is NOT AN ORDER-TAKING position. We need someone who understands the car industry, is Driven, Committed to Learning and Growing a Business with Leadership potential and a STRONG WORK ETHIC ...

EXPERIENCE OR KNOWLEDGE:

• Window Tints for Automotive, Residential and/or Commercial
• Car Audio , Speakers, Amplifiers, Subwoofers, etc
• Remote Starters, Alarms & Security Systems (12VOLT)
• Experience in Retail , preferred but not Needed.

***STRONG SALES, Quoting, Upselling Mindset is a MUST***

COMPENSATION:

1. Salary: Negotiable and based on Experience
2. Sales Commissions
3. Monthly & Quarterly Bonus for meeting established KPIs
