Key Details:

• Contract running from August 12, 2026, through May 27, 2027
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm)
• Caseload includes students from Kindergarten through 12th grade; specifics to be discussed during the interview process
• The team demonstrates flexibility and will prioritize setting aside time for interviews to ensure a smooth and accommodating hiring process

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist, eligible to practice in Texas
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to adapt interventions for varying student abilities and ages
• Commitment to providing compassionate, student-focused care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative PT services to students per IEP requirements
• Assess motor and functional skills, provide detailed evaluations, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to create effective, individualized support plans
• Educate school personnel and caregivers on strategies and accommodations
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with educational and regulatory standards
