Location: Ontario, OH (Avita Ontario Hospital) Department: Anesthesiology / Labor & Delivery Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Director of Anesthesia / Chief CRNA Full time CRNA position for OB. It is 7- 24 hour shifts every 4 weeks (91 shifts per year). 1099 salary is $275,000. This is for Ontario.
