Job Description
Dinamic AS Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team in Lawrence, MA. In this role, you will assist customers, promote products, maintain an organized sales floor, and contribute to achieving store goals while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs.
- Maintain product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Support inventory management and merchandising activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales objectives.
- Follow company policies and maintain a professional work environment.
