Forklift Operator Job Summary: Responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and store products within warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing facilities. Ensures accurate inventory management, compliance with safety regulations, and efficient material flow to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load and unload shipments from trucks and trailers.
• Transport materials to designated storage locations and production areas.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper working condition.
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Organize and maintain clean, orderly warehouse and storage areas.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, and order fulfillment as needed.
• Report damaged materials, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Support team operations to meet productivity, quality, and customer service goals.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and record keeping skills.

Monday thru Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay: $18 per hour

6 months of forklift experience within the last year
