Up to $8,000 Signing Bonus + $2,000 Retention Bonus

Monthly performance bonus opportunities

Full-time salary options of $70,000–$80,000. Additional hourly and employment options also available depending on position and schedule

100% employee health + vision premium paid for in CSTC's selected plan — estimated employer contribution of $6190.00/year based on 2027 rates

Up to $2,200 HSA contribution per year

120 hours PTO + 7 paid holidays + 8 additional PTO hours for every year you work at CSTC up to ten

• Meet applicable Colorado licensure and education requirements.

• Have the ability to provide therapy, communicate with clients and families regarding care, and complete documentation.

• School therapists must be able to determine eligibility for services, develop IEP’s, submit Medicaid documentation, collaborate with special education teams, & monitor student progress.

• Be able to work both independently and collaboratively, and have a passion for making a difference!

• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
