Role Description The Director for the new childcare center in East Dundee, Illinois is a full-time, on-site leadership role located in East Dundee, Illinois. This position is responsible for overseeing daily center operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to licensing and safety regulations. The Director will lead curriculum implementation, maintain high standards of classroom quality, and support teachers in delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience as a Center Director a must.

• Knowledge of state child care licensing regulations and best practices in health, safety, and child development.
