Fiscal Specialist – Banking Operations – Community College District – $24-27/hr W2 – Hybrid Tempe

SunSoft Online is hiring a Fiscal Specialist for the Controller’s Office of Maricopa Community Colleges’ District Office in Tempe. This is a 1-year contract with a hybrid schedule to be arranged.

The work (from the client posting): 

• Performs a variety of financial accounting transaction review.
  
• Responsible for processing all banking-related accounting transactions for the Accounts Payable and Payroll bank accounts for all campuses.
  
• Responsible for annual Unclaimed Property reporting to the State of Arizona.
  
• Handles banking items including bank supplies, daily bank exception review, deposit correction review, and monthly bank downloads.
  
• Responsible for maintaining, verifying, and monitoring accounts, files, documents, and records.
  
• Provides Treasury-related support and assistance to students and staff.
  

Must have : Microsoft Office, specifically Excel experience · Data entry experience · Financial experience
