Technologist Assistant - Medical Imaging (Per Diem, Varied Shifts)

Compensation range: $22.52 - $28.83. Your rate of pay will be based on applicable experience.

Shift: Variable. Shift length: 8-Hours. Days off: Variable. Hours per pay period: 16.

Position Summary:

Under the general direction of their supervisor and manager, performs responsibilities in a professional manner not requiring constant supervision. Assumes responsibility for designated areas, procedures and assists the technologist in performing examinations.

Education / Training / Experience:

Desired: Previous medical experience.

Licenses / Certifications:

Minimum: Current CPR Certification.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Working knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. Knowledge of computer applications required. Knowledge of filing systems. Must be able to follow instructions, work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Analytical and grammatical skills are necessary to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential. Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
