Part-Time Physical Therapist ($100-115/hr) Chism Consulting Group, LLC — Belcourt, North Dakota, United States (On-site) Role: Contract Physical Therapist (School-Based) Pay: $100–115/hr, based on experience. Mileage and lodging costs paid. Schedule: Two days per week, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, approximately 40 weeks per year (including Extended School Year), contract period 08/01/2026 – 07/31/2027 Chism Consulting Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide contracted PT services at Ojibwa Indian School, a Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) campus in Belcourt, North Dakota. The school serves 211 students, with an average of six students currently requiring physical therapy services under their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). What the job looks like: Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations to identify students who benefit from PT services Develop and implement individualized PT programs aligned with each student's IEP Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and school staff on goals and objectives Maintain detailed service logs (monthly), submit quarterly progress reports, and complete student assessments as needed Consult with families and external healthcare providers as needed Provide training to school personnel and parents as required Requirements: Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) Current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in North Dakota Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist U.S. citizenship (required for key personnel on this contract) Ability to pass a BIE background investigation/fingerprinting prior to start Preferred: Experience in a school-based setting Demonstrated experience working with students with special needs Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs #J-18808-Ljbffr Chism Consulting Group, LLC
