Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all areas are clean and professional in appearance; including sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, wiping down counters
• Re-stock supplies such as napkins, plastic ware, plates, and condiments
• Observe guests to respond to requests and clear used dishes throughout meal service
• Follow proper guest service procedures whenever interacting with others by smiling, making eye contact and greeting guests
• Assist in other roles, such as food preparation, when needed
• Encourage good customer relations through product promotion

Requirements:

• Have a passion for guest service and the hospitality industry
• Possess a friendly attitude and a team approach
• Exhibit clean work habits and ownership of a safe, clean work area
• Excel in an environment with varied tasks in a steady, even pace
• Work within established standards and procedures
• Previous food service experience preferred
