Schedule: Full-time or part-time available What You'll Do:
- Be the first smile our visitors see and the first voice they hear
- Answer phones like a pro and direct calls with confidence
- Help team members and residents with anything from paperwork to directions
- Keep the front office tidy, organized, and stress-free (we believe in good vibes only)
- Handle light administrative duties with flair and a little sparkle
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a great sense of humor
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is a plus
- Someone who can keep calm and cheerful-even on a Monday!
- A supportive, team-oriented work environment
