Home Health QA LVN: Compliance & Quality Improvement
University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center
University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Quality Assurance LVN to support the Quality Improvement Program under supervision. You will review clinical charting for CMS compliance and participate in QA activities to improve patient care. Required is graduation from an accredited LVN program with Texas licensure and at least 2 years of home health experience; a Home Health QA background is preferred.
