Lead ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNow Integration DeveloperWe are looking for a ServiceNow Integration Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of a key integration between the ServiceNow platform and Dell TechDirect. This role will work under the guidance of a lead technical consultant and contribute to building scalable, secure, and maintainable integration components.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing integration workflows between ServiceNow and Dell TechDirect using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP APIs.Support the configuration and maintenance of MID Servers and integration endpoints.Collaborate with the lead developer and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks.Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of integration components.Monitor integration performance and assist in troubleshooting issues.Contribute to Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Maintain clear documentation of integration logic, data mappings, and error handling procedures.Must-Have Skills2–4 years of ServiceNow development experience, ideally with exposure to integrations.Working knowledge of IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Scripted REST APIs.Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP), JSON, and XML.Basic understanding of MID Server setup and troubleshooting.Experience with ITSM modules such as Incident, Request, and CMDB.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn from senior team members.Good communication and documentation skills.Nice-to-Have SkillsExposure to Dell TechDirect or similar OEM support platforms.Experience with OAuth 2.0 or other authentication protocols.Familiarity with ServiceNow App Engine and custom applications.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer (preferred).
