What You'll Do
- Produce technical documents and construction drawings for small projects; support the design and production of larger multidisciplinary projects.
- Contribute to site design, grading plans, layout development, ADA implementation, and construction-ready documentation.
- Coordinate design requirements with civil, transportation, planning, and other team members to keep project work aligned and moving.
- Conduct product and material research; develop practical design and product solutions and present them for consideration.
- Apply office standard details and adapt them to project-specific requirements while maintaining strong drawing organization and project file integrity.
- 3+ years of landscape architecture experience and a degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Progress toward landscape architecture licensure and interest in increasing design ownership.
- Strong AutoCAD, technical production, documentation, and task-management skills.
- Clear written, verbal, and graphic communication skills with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset, ability to respond well to feedback, and ownership of assigned work.
- Experience producing technical documents for small projects with increasing independence.
- Familiarity with ADA requirements and practical implementation in project work.
- Experience coordinating with other disciplines and contributing to buildable design solutions.
- Comfort with office standards, materials research, and production document organization.
- Build technical depth and design responsibility within a collaborative Fisher landscape architecture environment.
- Gain meaningful exposure to both small projects and larger multidisciplinary work.
- Grow toward licensure while working with teams grounded in quality, accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.
- Salary range: $64,480-$76,090; actual compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, and other factors and excludes the value of benefits.
