Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Experience with purchasing, inventory management, and cost controls
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations across multiple dining outlets
- Supervise, train, and develop culinary team members
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and sanitation standards
- Support scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and labor management
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations during service periods
- Collaborate with leadership to execute menus and enhance the guest experience
