Manager in Training

Overview State and Liberty Clothing Co. is seeking motivated individuals for our fast-track Manager in Training program. The program is tailored for those aiming to acquire business and management experience. You will be assigned to a designated city with mentorship from experienced Store Managers. Upon completion of this 6-12 month program, there is potential to lead your store. Base pay range : $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr. The pay range is provided by State and Liberty Clothing Co.; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Speak with your recruiter to learn more. Location: Training will take place at our Miami location. Responsibilities Utilize critical thinking to plan day-to-day operations, prioritize tasks, adapt to business needs, and provide timely feedback. Create an outstanding guest experience and oversee all aspects of the store including products, operations, and people. Be accountable for the total guest experience, ensuring an authentic level of service through product knowledge, community, and culture. Speak authentically about our product, community, and culture and communicate honestly and with kindness to create an inclusive environment for others to do the same. Qualifications You possess a business owner mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit. You are ambitious, competitive, and passionate. Willingness to relocate and travel.
