Product Growth Manager

About the Role

Own growth for the creator side of a consumer gaming platform, improving the journey from first visit to first published game. You will build the creator growth function as a hands-on individual contributor, partnering with product, engineering, design, and data teams.

What You'll Do

• Identify high-impact opportunities across creator acquisition and engagement, then ship experiments that improve key metrics.

• Build mockups and prototypes to test ideas quickly, and partner with front-end engineers to bring successful concepts to production.

• Analyze product data, run A/B tests, and turn user behavior into actionable growth strategies.

• Gather feedback directly from creators and translate it into product iterations.

• Collaborate across engineering, design, and data to shape the roadmap and grow the product growth function.

What We're Looking For

• Two to four years of experience as a product manager or growth product manager for a consumer product.

• Experience owning consumer growth across acquisition, activation, or retention, with examples of experiments run, results measured, and lessons learned.

• A hands-on individual contributor who has built or prototyped products themselves, using scripts, side projects, AI prototyping tools, or similar approaches.

• Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with SQL, Python, product analytics tools, and A/B testing.

• Technical product management experience, strong computer science fundamentals, and experience working in fast-moving environments.

• Creator-side or two-sided platform experience, such as user-generated content, games, or marketplaces, is valuable.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $165,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Los Altos, California, four days per week.
