Production FabricatorThis position is located in Ridgefield, WA and plays an integral part in creating finished parts through safe and quality fabrication or assembly of component parts in this Specialty Fabrication facility.Primary duties and responsibilities:Operates equipment needed to perform jobMaintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly conditionCompletes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervisionUtilizes safe work habitsWears appropriate PPEComplies with all Company policies, guidelines, and proceduresComplies with all HSE policies, guidelines, and proceduresComplies with all Quality policies, guidelines and proceduresOther duties as assignedExperience qualifications:Three years of verifiable work historyJob requirements:Ability to work overtime and shift work as requiredStanding up to 12 hours dailyWalking up to 12 hours dailyBending/Stooping up to 12 hours dailyRepetitive Movement up to 12 hours dailyLifting (weights up to 50 lbs.) regularlyTravel less than 10%Behavioral competencies:Dependability/AttendanceProblem Solving/JudgementThoroughness and Attention to DetailTechnical competencies:Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as requiredAbility to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and proceduresAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operations
