The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and common areas while providing exceptional service and helping create a positive guest experience.


The Housekeeper plays an important role in ensuring hotel cleanliness standards are consistently met and that guests enjoy a pleasant stay. Candidates should be reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities and supplies.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish surfaces as needed.
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management.
• Ensure all assigned areas meet hotel cleanliness and quality standards.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and supply inventories.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hotel cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks in a fast-paced environment.
