At-Temp Refrigeration is looking for a Lead Refrigeration & Hotside Technician with 5+ years of strong field experience to run service calls and handle installs/repairs. This role is for someone who knows what they’re doing and can take ownership of jobs without being micromanaged.

Responsibilities

• Service and troubleshoot:
• Walk-in coolers & freezers
• Commercial refrigeration systems
• Ovens, fryers, steamers, and other hotside equipment
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently
• Lead and manage a crew of 1–2 apprentices
• Train and develop junior techs in the field
• Keep jobs on schedule and maintain clean, organized work
• Communicate with customers and represent the company professionally
• Assist with HVAC service when needed

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in commercial refrigeration and/or hotside equipment
• Experience working on walk-ins, line sets, condensers, evaporators, etc.
• Experience working on ovens, fryers, steamer, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lead a team and run jobs independently
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to work occasional overtime or travel if needed
