Job Description Join the Chris Boudreaux Insurance Agency, a reputable insurance agency committed to serving Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama with top-notch insurance solutions. As a Licensed Customer Service Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, offering customer service and support for comprehensive insurance products tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Policy Presentations: Educate clients on the benefits and features of various insurance products to help them make informed decisions. Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Payments: Assist with billing and payment inquiries in an efficient, professional and accurate manner; resolve service concerns while documenting customer requests and completing changes to policies. Professional Development: Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance your performance and contribute to the company's success Requirements Licensing: Active Mississippi Property & Casualty License required. Experience: Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members. Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
