responsibilities:

• Perform routine laboratory activities supporting molecular profiling and bioconjugation workflows.
• Prepare solutions, buffers, reagents, and biological samples using precise pipetting techniques.
• Manage, track, and organize laboratory materials, inventory, and sample logistics.
• Maintain accurate, compliant experimental records using Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELNs).
• Analyze, summarize, and present research findings to cross-functional team members.
• Ensure strict adherence to lab safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace.

 
qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Chemical Biology, or a related field.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with proteins, biological samples, or cell cultures (academic, internship, or industry experience accepted).
• Demonstrated proficiency in fundamental laboratory techniques and scientific principles.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent record-keeping skills, and a fast-learning mindset.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Cambridge, MA.
