As a Regional MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance of accurate and compliant Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for our long-term care facilities in FL. As a Regional MDS Coordinator, you will:

• Oversee the completion of MDS assessments for our facilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations
• Collaborate with facility staff to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to MDS assessments
• Provide education and training to facility staff on MDS assessment requirements and best practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with facility leaders and staff to ensure a collaborative and effective working environment
• Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and guidelines, making recommendations for process improvements and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

• Must have previous regional experience in long-term care
• Must obtain RN license in the state of Florida
• Must have previous MDS coordinator experience in long-term care
