Join a well-established cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgery team in Memphis, Tennessee. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who enjoys a balanced mix of operating room responsibilities and inpatient care. Providers will work closely with an experienced surgical team while maintaining and expanding their procedural and clinical skills in a collaborative, high-acuity environment.

Position Highlights

Full-time, employed position
Monday-Friday schedule, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Shared 1:3 overnight call rotation
Shared 1:3 weekend call rotation
Balanced mix of operating room responsibilities and inpatient rounding
Opportunity to work in a high-volume cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgery practice

40-bed ICU with 24/7 in-house coverage

Certified Chest Pain Center

Regional trauma center located approximately 15 minutes away

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Current or eligible licensure in the state of Tennessee
Previous cardiothoracic or cardiovascular surgery experience required
Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH) experience is required
Experience in a cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) is preferred
Strong surgical, clinical, and collaborative communication skills
