We know many therapists entered this profession to help people — not to spend evenings battling scheduling issues, insurance paperwork, intake coordination, or marketing themselves online. Our model is designed to support clinicians by providing operational infrastructure so you can focus more of your energy on patient care and clinical impact. Support may include: scheduling and patient coordination support, insurance credentialing assistance, billing and revenue cycle support, marketing and referral development, intake and patient onboarding assistance, EMR and technology training/support, collaborative care coordination, office space and operational infrastructure.

Who We're Looking For

We are intentionally building a diverse behavioral health team and welcome clinicians across a variety of backgrounds, specialties, and career stages. Ideal candidates are: compassionate and patient-centered, collaborative and growth-oriented, passionate about whole-person care, interested in being part of a growing, mission-driven organization, excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of integrated behavioral healthcare. We welcome: full-time clinicians, part-time clinicians, hybrid and virtual therapists, established clinicians with existing caseloads, therapists looking to grow their practice, "builder" clinicians interested in helping expand teams and programs, associate-level clinicians where supervision structures permit.

Qualifications

Active Georgia license (or license eligibility) in one of the following: LPC / APC, LCSW / LMSW, LMFT / AMFT, Psychologist, other relevant behavioral health licensure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to ethical, high-quality patient care.
