Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Coordinator
As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Coordinator in Jeffersonville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment. Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a technology, media, or telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as directed.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
- Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and following Allied Universal and client-specific reporting procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
