Product Engineer

A precision manufacturer with a reputation for solving the mechanical problems other companies walk away from is adding a Product Engineer to shape components from first sketch through full production. What You'll Do Own product design and development for new and existing mechanical components Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and customers to translate requirements into workable designs Build and interpret 3D models, drawings, and tolerance stacks Lead DFM/DFA reviews and support prototype build and testing Manage engineering change orders and technical documentation What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field 2–3 years designing mechanical components or assemblies, with hands-on CAD experience (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar) Working knowledge of GD&T, NPI, and tolerance analysis Comfort working directly with customers on technical requirements, not just internal stakeholders Background with rotating or complex mechanical systems is a plus Why It's Worth a Conversation Real product ownership, you'll see your designs through to a physical part, not just a drawing Direct exposure to customers and the end applications of what you build A team that trusts engineering judgment over layers of process #J-18808-Ljbffr
