State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our patients and supporting the healthcare team. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist patients with mobility and physical exercises.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.
• Support the healthcare team in various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current STNA certification.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift and move patients as required.
