ICU Registered Nurse (RN)Location: Nashville, TNUnit Name: MICUNumber of Beds: 31Patient Ratios: 2:1, sometimes 1:1 or 3:1 depending on acuity/staffingUnit Staffing: Unit secretary staffed during dayshift; occasional nurse extern working as a tech.Type of Equipment: Ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, EV 1000Documentation System: MeditechScheduling Requirements: Minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule; schedule is done in 4-week increments with self-scheduling options. Manager may adjust shifts to balance the schedule.Floating Policy: Contract labor is the first to float.
