Duties
- Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including contracts and agreements.

Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a license to practice law in North Carolina.
- Strong skills in legal research and drafting focused on corporate transactions.
- Excellent analytical abilities with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
