Top 3 Responsibilities
This role will be part of our Earner Design team, and will be designing experiences for all of our drivers and couriers. You'll specifically be focused on the Growth Levers charter. Optimizing incentive programs to help earners discover, start, and return to earning opportunities that fit their goals.
Your work helps those who need it most: millions of drivers use Client to meet financial needs at all points on the continuum, from putting food on the table, to generating spending money during grad school, to saving for a special vacation.

• Target designers who build complex mobile experiences where data, payouts, and user motivation intersect.
• Fintech & Neobanks: Mobile apps focused on tracking savings goals, investment milestones, or financial rewards (e.g., Chime, Robinhood, Acorns, Mint/Credit Karma).
• On-Demand Marketplace / Gig Economy: Platforms where users manage their schedules and earnings (e.g., Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, TaskRabbit, Rover).
• E-commerce & Loyalty Ecosystems: Apps structured around complex milestone incentives, tiered reward structures, and user retention loops (e.g., Starbucks Rewards, Nike Run Club/Membership, retail marketplace loyalty apps).
• Avoid candidates who only show beautiful, isolated UI screens. Look for case studies that demonstrate how the designer built a scalable framework or an end-to-end user flows across different entry points, modes, and states (e.g., showing how an incentive appears on a home screen, maps to a dashboard, and triggers a congratulatory pop-up).
• Portfolio Requirements : show complex mobile UI/UX end-to-end case studies, data visualization components (dashboards, goal tracking), and functional prototypes displaying high visual polish and crisp micro-interactions
