Role Description This is a full-time Global Real Estate Advisor role based in Bothell, WA, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Global Real Estate Advisor will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including property showings, listing presentations, market analyses, and offer preparation. The role involves managing a personal pipeline of clients and prospects, conducting regular outreach, hosting open houses, and following up on inbound inquiries. The advisor will collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to develop listing campaigns, create high-quality property marketing materials, and leverage the global Sotheby’s International Realty network. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, staying current on local and global market trends, and upholding all ethical, legal, and compliance requirements. Qualifications Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with experience guiding clients through the full transaction lifecycle. Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, lead nurturing, and closing, with a consultative and client-centered approach. Effective Negotiation skills to structure and advocate for favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships among all parties. Ability to provide or participate in Training, coaching, or knowledge sharing to support continuous professional development. Active (or in-process) Washington State real estate license, or willingness and eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a commitment to high ethical standards and client confidentiality. Comfort with technology, including CRM platforms, virtual meeting tools, digital marketing, and MLS systems.
