Key Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing services
• Operate high-volume document imaging and scanning systems
• Utilize document image handling software to process electronic documents
• Operate Microsoft Office Suite and email systems to open, retrieve, transfer, and manage files
• Access document management systems following established procedures
• Perform routine inspections of copier equipment and resolve minor issues such as paper jams
• Escalate equipment issues to service technicians when necessary
• Maintain production records, service logs, meter readings, and supply inventories
• Process and distribute office supplies, mail, faxes, and other materials
• Calculate job charges and maintain billing records
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate service requests
• Perform filing, document organization, and records archiving
• Deliver completed jobs to designated customer locations
• Perform shipping and receiving activities for office materials and supplies
• Support meeting room and conference room setup
• Assist with office moves, building support, re-lamping, and light maintenance activities
• Perform occasional housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Operate bindery and finishing equipment, including shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, joggers, tape machines, hole drillers, stackers, electric staplers, and scales
• Utilize copiers, fax machines, postage meters, calculators, and other office equipment
• Travel between customer buildings when required
• Work overtime, evenings, weekends, or respond to emergency service requests as business needs require
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Microsoft Office Certification
• OSHA Safety Certification
• Certified Print Production Professional (CPP)
• Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Manager (CMDSM)
• CompTIA A+ Certification
• Valid Driver's License
