Special Education Teacher 36-week Contract *Up to 58/hr

Special Education Teacher for a 36-week contract in Nantucket, Massachusetts. This role delivers high-quality instruction to students with severe disabilities (PreK-2) and supports individualized education plans. Compensation is up to $58 per hour, with premium pay and comprehensive benefits. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality special education instruction to students with severe disabilities (PreK-2) in a school setting. Collaborate with paraprofessionals and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Use ABA strategies and data collection methods to monitor and support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state regulations. Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.
