We are looking for LCPC's and LCSW-C's who share our passion for improving access to quality mental health care. The ideal candidate is fun-loving, authentic, and thrives in an environment driven by core values of creativity, humor, compassion, and determination.

Key responsibilities include evaluating and diagnosing mental health conditions, creating and implementing treatment plans, maintaining documentation, providing excellent client service, collaborating with a dynamic team, using creativity in interventions, maintaining a caseload, coordinating with various personnel, and attending clinical meetings and trainings.

Required qualifications include a master's degree in behavioral science or related field, current LCPC and LCSW-C licenses, the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients, comfort working with a diverse client base, and a sense of humor.

Compensation: Fully Licensed - $76,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
