Groundskeeper

Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in Bethune, South Carolina to find an experienced and eager GROUNDSKEEPER to join their growing team!

The Groundskeeper will maintain the grounds and outdoor areas of a manufacturing plant. This is a one-person position , so the individual will be responsible for handling all groundskeeping duties independently and keeping the property clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain grass and landscaped areas
  
• Remove weeds, leaves, Branches, and other debris
  
• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and other landscaped areas
  
• Perform general outdoor cleanup and upkeep around the facility
  
• Pick up trash and keep parking lots, sidewalks, and common areas clean
  
• Use and maintain lawn equipment, hand tools, and other groundskeeping equipment
  
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and snow/ice cleanup as needed
  
• Identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues
  
• Keep grounds looking professional and presentable at all times
  
• Work independently and manage daily tasks without direct supervision
  

Requirements

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred
  
• Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
  
• Ability to operate lawn equipment and hand tools safely
  
• Dependable and able to manage multiple tasks
  
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, and perform physical work throughout the day
  

Pay rate for this position is $19 an hour.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
