To enhance client engagement, the full-time salaried Program Adoption Manager will focus on onboarding new clients, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Onboard new clients and guide them through the adoption process of the product Monitor client usage and satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement and additional training Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and enhance the product experience Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Proven experience in client management or customer success roles Strong understanding of software adoption and customer engagement strategies Experience working in a remote team environment Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis
