TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Racine, Wisconsin, 53405!

Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: RN Medical/Surgical Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience License: BLS required Certifications: EPIC preferred Must-Have: - 2 years of Med/Surg experience needed - BLS certification required - EPIC experience preferred - Flexibility to float within skill set or to facilities within 40 miles Description: Position requires working every other weekend. Consideration will be given for every third weekend. Ability to float to different units as needed. Prior travel experience is preferred. Candidates must be able to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills are essential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required. This role involves responsibility for patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Collaboration with healthcare team members is necessary for optimal patient outcomes. Adhering to safety and regulatory requirements is critical in this position. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment. Proficiency in using electronic medical records is advantageous.
